There are some problems in the traditional integrated energy market, such as single transaction mode, difficulty in effective dispatch, and lack of targeted subject to provide integrated energy market services. Therefore, this paper designs an integrated energy market service system based on the blockchain smart contract. The participants in the integrated energy market are divided into integrated energy suppliers, integrated energy users and integrated energy service providers. The integrated energy service providers set up energy trading centres and energy dispatch centres according to the needs of integrated energy suppliers and integrated energy users, and provide energy trading and dispatch services for them by using the Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP) of the central bank and the blockchain smart contract. "Antchain" platform is used to simulate the energy trading and dispatch process, and the verifiable simulation results are given. It is proved that the integrated energy market service system based on the blockchain intelligent contract designed in this paper can effectively realize the security and convenience of energy trading and the efficiency and intelligence of energy dispatch.

Under the condition of large maneuvering and small overload, the improved trajectory shaping guidance law is easy to implement in engineering, so that the medium and long range missile can not only attack from the front, but also attack vertically from the top or even from the tail or side with large maneuvering, obtain a reasonable impact angle and a small angle of attack, and achieve the best hit effect. Also, maintaining the database security and the capacity of resisting disturbance during the use of trajectory shaping guidance law is an important issue. In this paper, the trajectory shaping guidance law in the case of large maneuvering and small overload is derived and studied, the mathematical model of the remain flight time is derived and the influence of its deviation on the flight trajectory is analyzed. It provides theoretical and simulation support for the missile to complete the mission of high maneuverability and precision attack under the condition of small overload. The security of using database is discussed.

Accompanied with the development of the electronic commerce, a logistic company should make full use of its inventory resource, transportation resource and some other service resources in order to keep a logistic efficiency and win the competitive advantage. In order to solve the unused resource problem, we introduce the "Logistic Service Overbooking Rate". With the overbooking method, the company can reduce the cost of unused resource and increase the profit. But it also causes the problem that some customers who have booked the service can't be served, and the company should find some methods to compensate the bumped customers. To solve the overbooking problem, we built two models. The first one is a simple statistical model. In the model, we deduce a function of the revenue on average in a short term for a single logistic service. But some actual unfixed factors such as security and customers' fear could not be taken into account because they may have little affect on the current revenue but may affect the further revenue. For this reason we preset another dynamic model based on neural network. Our model is constructed based on Multilayer Feed Forward BP neural network. It contains two processes: training and forecasting. The most important of advantage is that it can forecast future data precisely and can reach optional status automatically. We test the model and the results indicate the feasibility of the model. Furthermore, through the test, we calculate the revenue in several time steps for each method of handling the bumped customers' demand. From the result, different methods can lead to different results for a short term and a long term respectively.

The sorption and desorption of copper (II) (Cu[II]) ions from the wastewa-ter by magnetite-immobilized cells of Pseudomonas putida 5-x with acidic pretreatment were studied. Pretreating cells with 0.6 N HCl was found to enhance greatly the adsorption capacity of biomass up to 85.6 mg/g and had no significant effect on the loss of P. putida 5-x cells during biosorbent pretreatment. The biosorption capacity to Cu~(2+) of magnetite-immobilized cells of P. putida 5-x harvested during various growth phases was also investigated. The experimental results illustrated that the adsorption capacity to Cu~(2+) of P. putida 5-x cultured in sulfate-limiting medium reached maximum during the late stationary growth phase or early death phase, and reached minimum during the log growth phase. The mechanism of copper sequestering by this type of biomass was studied via transmission electron microscopy. A degradation of the peptidoglycan layer of the cell wall was observed in the acidic pretreatment, but no further degradation appeared after the adsorption-desorption cycle. Cu(II) accumulated mostly on the surface of the cell walls and was effectively desorbed by the acidic treatment during the desorption process.

The high performance synthetic silica glass prepared by SiCl_4 has the problem of pollution of tail gas and waste water in the process of production, while chlorine-free organic silicon used in the preparation of synthetic silica glass can effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution. In this review, combined with the recent studies on the synthesis of silica glass using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(OMCTS, D4) as raw materials, this review mainly review the purification of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and the preparation technology of synthetic silica glass, as well as the characteristics of the internal reaction mechanism, and the related technologies, the prospect of synthetic silica glass technology is forecasted.

One Man Atmospheric System (OMAS), is an articulated anthropomorphic single person submersible which consists of the Suit, Tether Management Systems (TMS), Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS) and Surface Control Systems (SCS). The submersible is presently capable of allowing a pilot to operate at the worksite. OMAS maintains the internal pressure at one atmosphere. There is no need for decompression schedules and it increases the bottom times. Meanwhile, the pilot is put directly at the worksite where they can observe dexterously and control tools directly. So OMAS are most effective. The images in operation which are transferred synchronously to the surface can be used to monitor and guide the operation. Power Distribution & Control System is the most important system for OMAS. It is charged with power distribution of Suit, TMS and SCS, controlling navigating and working for OMAS. It also provide the channel for exchanging of information, the display and alaming for OMAS. According to physical location, control system is divided into three parts: surface control, TMS control and suit control. And these three parts functionally response their own control requirements. Firstly, this paper introduce the general situation of OMAS. Secondly, the design for power distribution & control system of OMAS is provided. Then, debugging for the system, situation of pool trial and sea trial are given, controlling system is improved through pool trial and sea trial. At last, summarize the design for power distribution & control system. Finally, at the end of the paper, and with the benefit of many years experience of underwater technology, some advice is presented.

An algorithm for identifying the action of quantitative refueling that can be deployed to edge equipment is proposed for the problem that refueling' action in production scenarios is not subject to real-time supervision. The algorithm firstly uses a YOLOv5s-improved object detection network for rapid human detection, then uses a tracking algorithm that combines IOU and histogram similarity to track the detected human. The traced sequence images are used to predict the skeletal key-point sequence of the human body through a quantitative pose estimation network, and finally, the skeletal key-point sequence data is input into the fully-connected network classifier on the 6th floor for action classification, to determine whether the refueling's actions are normally completed. Experimental data show that the algorithm greatly reduces the network weight and calculation amount. The human body detection speed on the BITMAIN Sophon SE5 terminal can reach 18ms, and the action detection accuracy can reach 95.92% on the actual scene dataset.
